Flexible Graphite Material (Expanded Graphite Sheet)

Composed of natural graphite flakes processed through chemical treatment and thermal expansion, flexible graphite material—also referred to as expanded graphite foil or graphite tape—is engineered by exposing raw graphite to elevated temperatures. This process creates exfoliated graphite structures with an ultralow bulk density of approximately 3 kg/m³. These expanded graphite particles are subsequently compressed into rolls or sheets without binders or additives, ensuring exceptional purity and performance characteristics.
