Multi-Layer Composite Graphite Sheet Solutions
Our multi-layer composite graphite sheets are engineered using advanced lamination technology, combining flexible graphite materials with metal reinforcement layers. These composite solutions integrate the following components:

Manufacturing Process:
  1. Natural flake graphite undergoes chemical intercalation and high-temperature exfoliation to form vermicular structures (density ~0.003g/cm³)
  2. Expanded graphite is rolled into binder-free coils
  3. Composite sheets are produced via:
    • Pressure lamination with metal meshes
    • Vacuum-bonded multi-layer structures
    • High-temperature sintering processes
